- What a great discovery! I love these inexpensive decks of cards. You can use them in game format or just as ideas for exercises. Individual Coaching
Initial session lasting about 1 ½ hours $75
Subsequent sessions lasting 30 to 45 minutes $30
Individual Coaching Discount Packages
Initial session plus 11 subsequent sessions $375
Initial session plus 5 subsequent sessions $210
Do you need a bigger discount?
Find a buddy to coach with you and split the cost. Just remember that you will have to consider your partner when scheduling and you will not receive as much individual attention and detail. However, some clients find it motivating to have the extra support of a partner.
Other Services
Personal training, pantry purges and other personal services are $60 per hour.*
Teaching, speaking, group coaching and materials production are priced on a case-by-case basis but may be estimated by using my fee of $60 per hour plus a set up fee of $30 and the cost of materials.*
